"times flies when you're having fun":)

Wow. The saying "time flies when you're having fun" is a very true statement! I can't believe it has been almost a whole month since my last post. Although, I can believe it, I have been consumed with family, friends and fun:) Last weekend, Brandon and I went up to Downington, PA to visit my two best friends/roommates from college. We spent the first night at Rach's houses where we grilled out and spent quality time together. We spent the rest of the weekend with Cait, her husband Jeff, and her family, and went out on the boat!!

Now for the Holiday weekend!! I spent the first half of the weekend up in College Park/Columbia Maryland, for a wedding that Brandon, I and his family went to on Saturday. Since the wedding was not until 6 at night we met Cecilia my other close friend from college, for lunch since she is living in MD this summer, and she just happens to live very close to Brandon!!

We headed back to Salisbury late after the wedding just so we could be home and not have to wake up early to travel! We went to church with my family, then headed home to a fun filled afternoon. Brandon's parents, and Kyra and Nick came down for the afternoon:) My parents and Brandon's parents got to meet for the first time! We grilled out, played bocce ball, ladder ball, and took a tour around Salisbury. It was a very eventful, fun day!! I didn't have my camera on me that much on Sunday..so sorry for the lack of pictures. Now HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!!.....what a great family fun day we had today. We have a tradition of always going out on our boat and going tubing on 4th of July!

A "B" kind of day...

 This past Saturday, Brandon, Jordan, Rachel and I had been planning on doing a beach day for a while...and we were excited it was finally going to happen. The weather was looking great, and we had our whole day planned! We were going with a theme of the "letter Bb". Our first activity was obviously the "B"each:) Our day got even better when we found out Brandon's brother Nick and his girlfriend Kyra were going to be down at the beach as well! So, we made our way down to the beach and started to get our tan on!

 We all got in the water, which wasn't too cold, but I can not wait for it to be warmer later this summer! We all played football, Frisbee, ate lots of snacks and played our "B" word game.."Bocce Ball"! I did not take any pictures, it was a pretty intense game though:) Not to mention Brandon and I won! Brandon and I took a short walk down the beach to visit my Assistant coach from college and her family, who were a few streets down enjoying their vaca! We saw this cutie...

 Well...I know I did not take a lot of pictures and a lot of them are repetitive, but pictures can not do justice of the fun we had all day long! We headed home to shower and get some comfy clothes on. We spent our night making "B"reakfast for dinner, which consisted of "B"lueberry Pancakes, and Turkey "B"acon, and eggs:), playing "B"oardgames, and the plan was maybe "Bowling"..but yea that didn't happen and also we planned on a "Bonfire". Which, since we were so burnt and exhausted we decided to cook our s'mores in the microwave! Which, by the way is still delicious:)

wedding season is here...

The past two weekends I have been to weddings!!! I love going to weddings:) Last weekend was a wedding for an old friend I went to High School with. It was at a very fancy golf course resort in DE, lets just say Brandon was in heaven:) Here are a few pics from the first wedding....

This past weekend we celebrated with a very special couple, Sara and Steve. Steve and Brandon have been very close friends since they met at UMD and I got to meet the couple shortly after Brandon and I started dating. Their wedding took place on the water in Annapolis, MD, which of course is one of the most beautiful places to visit in MD. Their outdoor wedding and reception took place at a family friends house which by the way was one of the cutest weddings I have been too:) Here are a few pics from this weekend....

Brandon and I have three more weddings this summer!!! Craziness...but of course I love them so I do not mind:) ohh and of course along with wedding season there it is also golf season....
